ZJ designs sessions using the Scaling Intimacy (now The Primary Shift) school of experience design. Each beat is carefully plotted to carry participants from one point to the next, building to a pinnacle. The second half of the session focuses on helping participants integrate their learnings.

As such, sessions don’t simply deliver information, but actually drive change by providing an inciting event and delivering immediately usable new tools to attendees.
